How we ensure
Neotec Biotechnology guarantees consistency in the manufacturing process by using critical operating procedures as a best practice for each product that she manufactures. The company has a Class 1000 clean room for all manufacturing processes. Highly trained production staff is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the overall manufacturing process. We focus on identifying the highest quality raw materials to be used in the manufacturing process as well as following our key procedures such as monitoring, record keeping and documentation of critical parameters with the help of QC department.
Production and QC departments work closely to ensure the best quality for all our products. Additionally, our QA staff supervizes service departments, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, Production and QC to ensure that each customer’s needs are being met.
